Frequently Asked Questions
There is really no guarantee that flour supply will always be aplenty. Local millers also have the problem of wheat supply. In Purebake we have a buffer for three months to deal with unexpected delays in delivery like weather disturbance and port congestion. We ensure that you will have continued supply because of our stock buffer.
How can you guarantee continuity of supply?
We will always ask that you try our services. Selling flour is easy - there are hundreds of dealers that would want your business. We are different because aside from our competitive pricing we place a premium on service. If our customers have issues we are only a phone call away, and we will pick the call within the third ring. Our service sets us apart from others in the industry – for us our relationship with our customers is personal. We have technicians that can be at your doorstep to help with any issue that you may have. We conduct baking demonstrations to supplement your business.
Why should we switch from our existing supplier to you?
Bogasari Flour Mills sources its supply from the best wheat fields in North America. The ability to transport raw materials using its own vessels, to unload the cargo using its own private sea port and to have storage of over four hundred silos gives Bogasari an unparalleled commercial advantage. As the only partner in the Philippines, Purebake guarantees to deliver only the best quality flour to its customers.
How good is your flour?
Wheat is naturally off white, so it follows that flour can never really be pure white in color. Bleaching is a common practice in the industry. Some of the local millers bleach their flour to produce a whiter flour. However the chemicals used in bleaching could be toxic and hazardous to your health. In fact, bleaching is banned and illegal in many countries around the world. Purebake will never sell bleach flour.
Why are some breads whiter than others and how does your brand compare?
Our prices are determined by the terms of payments, volume, mode of delivery etc. Cash will always get you the best price. That said Purebake will guarantee that your buy price is always better compared to any local flour.
What are you prices?
Purebake’s commitment to providing our customers with the best service starts from the order to the dispatch to the delivery and finally to the satisfaction of the product itself. Purebake invested in technology that centralizes, monitors and tracks our deliveries on a daily basis.
How can you be sure our products will be delivered on time?
In business there will always be products that will fall through the cracks. Purebake makes every effort to minimize these issues as we have a process where checks and balances are in place to ensure delivery only of the freshest products. In the unlikely event that spoiled or damage product reaches our customer, we will dispatch a team to take back the goods and exchange it. We always encourage our customers to discuss any issues with us.

We will deliver to you when you want it and where you want it. Our warehouse people are trained to respond to the needs of our customers. Your success is our success.

We have in our portfolio some of the bigger North American multinational companies. We have a dedicated sales team that constantly develop new markets and new customers.
Who are your customers?
Wheat does not grow in the Philippines. There is no such thing as local flour – only local millers. All flour sold in the country comes from imported wheat, including the flour sold by local flour millers. Purebake imports flour from Bogasari, a division of food giant Indofood. Situated in Jakarta, Bogasari is one of the biggest flour millers in the world. With our exclusive partnership you our customer will always be guaranteed of the freshest flour at very competitive pricing. And as our slogan says… The Best Recipes Starts with the Best Flour.
